時間がずれていたので、ntpdateで時間を合わせてみる。
ntpdateのインストール

タイムゾーンを設定する
/etc/default/rcSのUTCを下記のように変更する。
UTC=no
tzconfigコマンドでローカルタイムを変更する。
$ sudo tzconfig
